Sadly, it doesn't. After the Halloween special, we'll have to wait until January for season 3B. Imdb says 3x14 will be aired on January 15th.

No as much I would have loved it to,the next episode Episode 14 of Season 3 entitled "She's Better Now" doesn't appear on ABC Family until Tuesday January 8th.
